Welcome to our first (and what will be annual) gift giving guide!
Each and everyone of us is concerned with our health. And while anyone can recommend a FitBit, some dumb bells or what to do before you go to a Holiday party, we will be taking a different approach.
The Academy is built on four pillars of health: Food, Sleep, Stress and Exercise. So you will find gift giving guides for products that support this. For example, products that help you sleep better, make you more efficient in the kitchen, etc…
The goal is to give you some guidance on products that help you accomplish two things: 1) Make your life easier and 2) Make it easier to be healthy. We also hope that most of what we recommend will be new to you – something you haven’t seen or heard of before.
Each of our recommendations will be in a separate post, allowing us to get into more detail about a particular product, why we like it and why we think it will be helpful for you.
