Sleep Presentation

Below is a presentation on sleep.

This presentation comes from one of the 12 Modules in The Academy, our lifestyle-based program focused on Food, Sleep, Stress and Exercise. We implement The Academy for our corporate clients in order to help their employees, those at risk for type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and/or high cholesterol, or those already diagnosed with any combination of these conditions.

There are two important points in the presentation:

  1. What qualifies as a good night’s sleep. Brian goes into great detail on the image you see at the beginning below.
  2. How to start sleeping better tonight. By implementing some simple strategies and eliminating a few things that prevent us from falling asleep properly, this is easily accomplished.
