This presentation comes from one of the 12 Modules in The Academy, our lifestyle-based program focused on Food, Sleep, Stress and Exercise. We implement The Academy for our corporate clients in order to help their employees, those at risk for type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and/or high cholesterol, or those already diagnosed with any combination of these conditions.
There are two important points in the presentation:
- What qualifies as a good night’s sleep. Brian goes into great detail on the image you see at the beginning below.
- How to start sleeping better tonight. By implementing some simple strategies and eliminating a few things that prevent us from falling asleep properly, this is easily accomplished.
